Speakers at our events have included keynote speaker Annette Shun Wah, Asian Australian festivals director, founder of CAAPA and an industry pioneer and much-respected figure in Australian television. films and the arts, plus guest speakers including Maria Tran (Numerous martial arts films including Echo 8, Quest for Jackie Chan director, Once Upon A Time in Cabramatta researcher, and one of the leading Asian Australian actors/filmmakers workshop facilitators in Western Sydney), Christopher Pang (Crazy Rich Asians, Tomorrow, When the War Began) and Andy Minh Trieu (SBS Pop Asia, Kitchen Ninja, Channel 9), Joy Hopwood (director of romantic comedies and one of the first diverse presenters in the beloved ABC children’s TV show Playschool), PJ Madam (SBS TV News) and many more.
